This website, www.oyobaby.com, is operated under the OYO BABY brand by Kharesiya Brands Private Limited. OYO BABY offers baby-care, baby-bedding, maternity, mother-care and related products. In these Terms, “OYO BABY”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the brand and its operator, as applicable.
By accessing, browsing or using the Website, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the policies expressly referred to herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. The Website is hosted on Shopify.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. A minor may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who shall be responsible for such use and for any order placed.
